Guided meditation

Our meditation sessions are designed to help you release stress, restore energy, and increase feelings of inner peace. During the guided meditation, I will use my voice to guide you through a calming experience.
 
It will be a gentle way to relax your body and mind.  No prior knowledge is required. See below the options.

Tuesday meditation for women in a small group:  
Guided meditation sessions in person every Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:30 am in Woodstock, ON. 



Guided meditation in a group setting:                                                                       

Instead of a girl's night out, we’ll create a relaxed time at your home. You can invite friends, relax fully, and have a good time. I will lead the meditation session in person.

Q&A afterwards
 
In-person, 60 minutes,  max 6 people
 
One on one:
Book a guided virtual meditation session. It's extremely helpful in times of stress when you just need that extra help to calm your body and mind. 

Mindfulness meditation

During mindfulness meditation, we take on the role of an impartial observer of everything that passes before our attention. We use the breath as an anchor to the present moment, sit quietly and observe. 

 
With practice, meditation can help manage stress and promote mental clarity.
