    Are you wondering if this is for you? I totally understand that. Have you taken courses, read books, and tried to create better habits, but it just did not work? My programs are designed for women who want to feel better but do not know where to start. For those who are at a crossroads in their lives, looking for clarity, and want to feel confidence and greatness. For women who have experienced a loss and have a hard time coping.   • What does a life coach do?
    As a life coach I will work with you to realize your full potential. I will help you clarify your choices, create an action plan and find the resources within you that you need to get where you want to be. I do not have the answers for you but will guide you through the process of finding your own.
  • Are you a therapist?
    No, I am not a therapist, nor do I work as one. It is important to note that I do not provide therapy, mental health advice, or medical advice. Our coaching sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition.
  • How long does it take before I have results?
    Everyone's coaching experience is different. It’s an interactive process in which your participation is key to progress. If you are fully committed to the process, you'll start seeing results soon. At LifeShift Coaching, I help you make the shift you need to reach your goals. Once you make that shift you will find you no longer need my coaching.
  • What is your availability?
    I work with clients from Monday, 8 am to 8 pm, Tuesday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Saturdays 8 am-noon Eastern time I'm typically available for your first session within a week or two after our initial 20-minute call.
  • What are your fees?
    One-on-one coaching 1 hour sessions, either in-person, by phone or Zoom $90 for 1 session $170 for a discounted package of 2 sessions $240 for a discounted package of 3 sessions ​ I work at two locations, Woodstock and Tillsonburg. I believe in the value of my coaching so strongly that I provide a money-back guarantee for your initial or second session. Guided mediation in a group setting: In-person, 1 x 60 minutes, max 6 people, please contact for pricing Learn how to meditate Individual: 3 x 45 minutes $150 Couples: 3 x 45 minutes $200 Guidance with your existing routine 2 x 30 min: $60 All prices are in Canadian dollars.
  • Can I change my appointment?
    Yes, you can. Please get in touch with me, and we will reschedule. I appreciate a 24-hour notice.
  • What precautions do you take to ensure a safe environment during in-person coaching sessions, especially regarding air quality and COVID-19?
    The room where we meet is equipped with a high-efficiency HEPA air filter that continuously cleans the air, removing 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.25 microns, including many viruses and bacteria. If you have any additional concerns or specific requirements, please contact me prior to our session. I’m committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for your coaching experience.
